Shipping policy

At RetiFocus Eyewear, we aim to get your sunglasses and frames to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is dispatched.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Delivery is subject to serviceability by our courier partners at your pin code.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Non-metro/other locations: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
- Remote or non-serviceable pin codes: May take longer, or in rare cases may not be serviceable — you will be notified if this applies to your order.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
- No shipping charges will be added at checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available for eligible orders and pin codes, free of charge — no handling fee applies.
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery where possible.

ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its status.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@retifocus.com.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS
- While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
- Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the issue with the delivery agent.
- If you discover damage after opening the package, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it as per our Return & Refund Policy.

UNDELIVERED / RETURNED-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS
- If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal at the doorstep, it may be returned to us (RTO).
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs, as applicable.

ORDER CHANGES
- If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@retifocus.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been dispatched.
